Limit To Amount Received or Retained Specific Facility Limit - 3 book RECOMENDED limit per package.

NOTES:
Restrictions and property limitations* vary between units and classifications. We strongly recommend that customers be familiar with the limits* and restrictions on publications that apply to your loved one.
Three publications in one package is a common limit.
Wall Calendars are supposed to be allowed to BOP inmates, however they are often denied. Package may need to be pre-approved in order to be received. Some facilities accept as if they are books, some deny as packages if not pre-approved.
Pocket planner calendars and daybooks are not allowed.
* EXAMPLE of LIMITS: Letters, Books, Photographs, Newspapers, and Magazines: An inmate will be limited to FIVE (5) magazines or newspapers that can be stored in the locker or shelf provided in each room.
